ALTAMAR undertakes to deliver the products purchased on the Site
Web within a period of three to five business days in main cities of
Colombia, and in other cities within a maximum period of thirteen business days,
counted from the moment the purchase is confirmed by the
Wompi money raiser. The previously stipulated period must be
comply as long as no causes beyond the control of
ALTAMAR, which may hinder delivery, such as case events
fortuitous and/or force majeure.
The shipping value will depend on the destination. And the User will be informed prior to paying the order.
ALTAMAR is responsible for delivering the order to the address
provided by the User. It is understood that the person who is
at the address is authorized by the User to receive it.
These deadlines are an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they vary by
logistical reasons or force majeure and fortuitous event. In case of
delays in deliveries, ALTAMAR will inform the User in the shortest time
possible.
In the event that at the time of delivery of the product, it is not
