Refund Policy

To make an exchange of any of the products you purchased through our Site, you have up to thirty (15) calendar days from the moment you receive the product. To make the change, take into account the following conditions:

* To make an exchange you must contact us through our email hello@altamar.com.co or WhatsApp that you will find on our site, explaining the reasons why you wish to make the return.

* The product must be in perfect condition, as received.

* Exchanges of used products, damaged due to misuse or not following the instructions for use, are not accepted.

→ Exchanges may be made for products of equal or greater value. If the value of the exchanged product is higher, the User must assume the difference.

→ The exchange will be subject to our inventory and if it is not available, the User will be notified to return the money equivalent to the purchased products.

→ Changes of products for personal use are not allowed.

→ Changes will be made for the commercial value at which they were acquired.



How to make the change?

1. Once you contact us, and it is approved, the User must send the products to the address that we will indicate. The shipping value will be borne by the User.
2. When we receive the products, we will verify that they are in the indicated conditions. If the products are not in condition to be exchanged, the User will be informed by email with the reason why the exchange is not made.
3. If everything is okay, we will send you the new product. If you must pay any excess, we will notify you


Right of withdrawal

ALTAMAR informs Users that according to the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011), in non-traditional sales, all ALTAMAR Users may, within five business days from the delivery of the product, retract the purchase made in our e-commerce.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to our products for personal use.



How to request it?

The User must submit a request in which they expressly request the right of withdrawal within the indicated term, addressed to the email hello@altamar.com.co or to the WhatsApp that you will find on our Site.

You must return the product by the same means and in the same conditions in which you received it. The transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the product will have to be covered by the User.

In accordance with numeral 7 of article 47 of the Consumer Statute, the right of withdrawal does not apply to our products for personal use.

The money will be returned without discounts or withholdings for any reason. The refund will be made to the same payment method that the User used at the time of purchase and ALTAMAR may take up to thirty (30) calendar days to do so.

The address for returning the product will be indicated to the User.



Guarantee

If the products do not meet the quality, suitability or safety required, you have thirty calendar days to make use of the guarantee. The User may write to us at the following email: hello@altamar.com.co or at WhatsApp that you will find on our Site.
We have up to thirty (30) business days to repair the product, counting from the day following delivery of the good to be repaired. In this case the shipping price is on us. After said term, any additional arrangements will be at the expense of the User, who must assume the additional cost of the arrangement and shipping.
